1 Method 1: AirPrint (Easiest)
All modern Epson printers (EcoTank, WorkForce, Expression) support AirPrint.
Steps:
- Connect iPhone and Epson to same WiFi
- Open photo, email, webpage, or document
- Tap Share (square with arrow)
- Tap Print
- Tap Select Printer
- Choose your Epson printer
- Adjust copies, color, double-sided
- Tap Print
2 Method 2: Epson iPrint App
Setup:
- Download Epson iPrint from App Store
- Open app, tap Printer is not selected
- App searches for Epson printers
- Tap your printer to connect
To Print:
- Open Epson iPrint
- Choose: Photos, Documents, Web Page, etc.
- Select content to print
- Adjust settings (paper type, quality)
- Tap Print

3 Method 3: WiFi Direct
Print without a router using Epson's WiFi Direct feature.
Steps:
- On Epson: Settings > Network Settings > WiFi Direct
- Select iOS connection type
- Printer displays network name and password
- On iPhone: Settings > WiFi
- Connect to DIRECT-xx-Epson...
- Enter the password shown on Epson screen
- Print using Share > Print

- Check ink levels in Epson iPrint before large jobs
- Use Eco mode for draft prints to save ink
- Photo printing: Select "Epson Photo Paper" in settings for best results

Troubleshooting
Epson Not Found
- Check WiFi indicator on Epson is lit (not flashing)
- Print network status sheet from Epson
- Verify iPhone and Epson on same network
- Restart both devices
- Try Epson iPrint app if AirPrint doesn't work
Print Quality Issues
- Run nozzle check from Epson iPrint > Maintenance
- Run head cleaning if needed
- Check ink levels
- Select correct paper type in print settings
