Quick Print Quality Tips

1

Run automatic cleaning first

Most print quality issues are fixed by running the built-in cleaning cycle 2-3 times.

2

Check ink/toner levels

Low consumables cause fading, streaking, and missing colors. Replace when below 20%.

3

Use the right paper

Cheap or wrong paper type causes smudging, bleeding, and poor quality. Use paper rated for your printer.

4

Print regularly

Inkjet printers should print at least once a week to prevent ink from drying in the nozzles.

5

Run alignment after cartridge changes

Always run the alignment utility after installing new cartridges for best quality.
